Kahan se itna gam aa gaya is duniya mein, jab bhi koi Ghazal soonta hoon lagta hai, gam bhi kya cheez hai, bada mast hai, itni dooa agaar khushi ko milti to hur din ek diwali hoti, ya ye kahu ke diwali ki roshni ki chamak gam ke wajah se hi itni roshandaar, itni sundar hai. Latabai ki awaaz main ye ada hi sundar ghazal suni ... uske labj niche hai, kitna kuch hai kehne ko, kahi kabhi apne ko hi sunane se fursa kaha...

Damnit mate...I am trapped and numbed by fear, the fear of things which doesnt exist and I am being sucked into the vortex...want to run away from it, but holy fuck it keeps on trailing me and to this day I am a person on run.
I am afraid of the creation of my own ghosts and this "I" is just not the person who is writing this, its the collective consciousness which has been passed on to generations after generations, in the form of culture or this traditions or the whole concept of this modern economy or psychology, creating divisions, images of fractured reality,of misplaced superiority over others, passing nothing but miseries, anger and sadness around the fellow beings.
Its amazing the life is so very beautiful and the whole process by which this beauty can be observed or the tranqulity is so much corrupted by so many things. The first half of the lives we are conditioned, programmed to be somethings and the later half remains a mute struggle either to keep intact the very images or we try and get away from the same conditioning, but alas I am doomed, trapped in the trap door of my own creation...which was made to capture the so called other...

A meditative mind is silent. It is not the silence which thought can conceive of; it is not the silence of a still evening; it is the silence when thought – with all its images, its words and perceptions – has entirely ceased. This meditative mind is the religious mind – the religion that is not touched by the church, the temple or by chants.
Meditation is hard work. It demands the highest form of discipline – not conformity, not imitation, not obedience – but a discipline which comes through constant awareness, not only of the things about you outwardly, but also inwardly. So meditation is not an activity of isolation but is action in everyday life, which demands co-operation, sensitivity and intelligence.
Without laying the foundation of a righteous life, meditation becomes an escape and therefore has no value whatsoever. A righteous life is not the following of social morality, but the freedom from envy, greed and the search for power – which all breed enmity. The freedom from these does not come through the activity of will but by being aware of them through self- knowing. Without knowing the activities of the self, meditation becomes sensuous excitement and therefore of very little significance.
· Always to seek for wider, deeper, transcendental experiences is a form of escape from the actual reality of “what is,” which is ourselves, our own conditioned mind. A mind that is awake, intelligent, free, why should it need, why should it have, any “experience “ at all? Light is light; it does not ask for more light.
